Alexanders.com E-Print Refund/Return Notice

NOTICE

  • This document is subject to change without notice.
  • We authorize cards upon placement of order, but do not bill the card until product has been shipped.
  • All products are custom made to order.  Customer is responsible for proofing before the order is finalized.

Return & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are offered on product that is printed as ordered.
  • Return of product that was not printed as ordered will be accepted, and we will re-print the order, exactly as ordered, at no additional charge (including shipping).  Incorrect product must be returned before the new product is shipped.
  • If an order was reprinted and it was still incorrect, we will refund the customers money or reprint it a 2nd time.
